[ Manifesto ]
The Jewish Future Project is a movement, an initiative, and a community - established around the idea that what got us here won’t get us there. With deep reverence and honor for the past, the systems, infrastructure and establishment built over generations is starting to crack. We see it in the streets, we see it on college campuses, we see it in the widespread apathy and disengagement from jewish identity. The biggest risk for the Jewish world is that the established rails and driving forces are too entrenched in their ways, in their constituencies, and in their commitments to be able to zoom out and have radically honest dialogue around what is and isn’t working, what is going well and what is broken. Because if we are looking out our windows and not thinking that at this moment in time for the Jewish world that something is broken, we are not being honest with ourselves. The Jewish Future Project exists to bring together the people, the ideas, the dreams, the doers, the builders and the thinkers, the artists and the believers, of the Jewish future.
